What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming bookkeeping department calls
• assist customers with routine account requests and research and resolve service inquiries
• assist with debit card inquiries and fraud cases, including reviewing claims to determine whether transactions were fraudulent
• cross-sell current and new products and services
• submit daily Cash Management files and complete verification callbacks
• assist with stuffing statements and notices
• perform other assigned duties.
