Weekend Nursing Supervisor

The Weekend Nursing Supervisor role is onsite in Southbridge, MA, with part-time openings on 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shifts. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour, depending on licensure, including weekend shift differentials. Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center provides rehabilitation and long-term care. The supervisor directs nursing care activities during the assigned shift to maintain resident care quality. The role oversees care-plan implementation, supports nursing staff, documents resident status, and responds to clinical changes and emergencies.

What you'll do

• Direct nursing care activities during the shift
• participate in resident care-plan development and updates
• ensure staff implement care plans and recognize changes in resident status
• provide or assist with nursing care and treatments
• transcribe physician orders
• review records and document nursing notes
• report significant findings and contact physicians when needed
• oversee Charge Nurse and CNA performance
• initiate emergency procedures as necessary.
