What you'll do

• Provide safe, efficient, on-schedule transportation in the driver’s own vehicle
• offer courteous passenger service
• maintain confidentiality
• assist passengers with boarding and exiting as trained
• follow safety rules and traffic laws
• respond to incidents according to established protocols
• complete inspection reports, manifests, mileage logs, and other required paperwork
• complete required training.
