The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite leadership role based in Allentown, PA. Compensation is $260,000 to $350,000 per year, and this position supports the Pennsylvania branch of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and industrial materials. This role exists to provide hands-on leadership for large-scale distribution operations. The Director is responsible for coaching warehouse managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and safety across inbound and outbound departments.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement.
