What you'll do

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Scheduling Coordinators
• set goals and monitor team performance
• manage staffing and workflow
• oversee appointment confirmation and verification
• review unconfirmed, canceled, and at-risk appointments
• optimize the appointment calendar and reschedule when needed
• assign verified leads through the company CRM
• maintain accurate scheduling and lead information
• communicate with sales representatives and management
• report appointment trends and fulfillment issues.
