Busser/Food Runner

What you'll do

• Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables for new guests.
• Sweep and mop floors as necessary.
• Remove trash and dirty linens.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages.
• Refill water, beverages, and condiments.
• Assist with food running.
• Greet guests and assist with seating if needed.
• Assist kitchen staff with transferring dishes between dining room and kitchen.
• Stock supplies such as napkins, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Replenish and organize serving stations.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
