Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager, South Shore Plaza is an onsite role in Quincy, MA, paying $17.50–$18.50 per hour. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps lead seasonal photo operations, support the team, and deliver a smooth guest experience during Santa visits.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
