• Oversees Clinical Operations team leadership
• ensures site training and communications
• coordinates clinical trials
• ensures study compliance with protocol, SOPs, and ICH/GCP guidelines
• acts as primary liaison with CRO/sponsors
• builds relationships with investigators and community partners
• manages study Start-Up activities
• prepares reports and drives site KPIs
• mentors CRCs
• interviews and onboards new hires
• manages performance
• writes and resolves CAPAs
• ensures inspection readiness.
