Project Manager Intern

Project Manager Intern is an onsite, full-time summer internship at LRS’s corporate headquarters in Springfield, IL, from mid-May to mid-August 2027. Compensation is $18 per hour. The intern joins the Retirement Solutions team’s Implementations team, which works on PensionGold software implementations for customers.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day project tasks
• schedule project-team meetings
• assist with documentation and other project management activities
• work on small teams to configure and customize PensionGold software
• use Microsoft Project, Excel, and Azure DevOps
• participate in multiple implementation projects and workstreams.

Why this role
