What you'll do

• Wash dishes and pots by hand or machine
• maintain clean dishwashing and prep workstations
• stock cleaning supplies and dishes
• sort and remove trash
• support daily cleaning tasks
• gain exposure to kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep
• follow Department of Health and DIG food-safety standards.
