Compensation is $180,000–$250,000 per year. The Senior Analyst role is onsite in Falls Church, VA; The position is part of nou Systems' Engineering Services Division in the National Capital Region. nou Systems provides data-driven insights and expertise to help transform defense systems and improve capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design, construct, and implement machine learning and deep learning models
• lead continuous improvement and updates to existing AI/ML systems
• oversee algorithm and software development from theory through integration, deployment, and sustainment
• extract actionable insights from complex datasets
• and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, or engineering, specified years of experience in algorithms, MLOps, statistical analysis, and data governance, and U.S. citizenship with an active or obtainable TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
