What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, serve, and clean up assigned meals
• follow daily menus and portion guidance
• monitor food use and inventory
• comply with health and fire regulations
• maintain nutritional standards and food presentation
• receive and inspect deliveries
• address food-quality complaints
• maintain required sanitation and subsidy records
• keep the workspace clean
• coordinate use of client volunteers and interns with operations staff.
