What you'll do

• Answer apartment availability inquiries and schedule visits
• tour available apartments
• explain property features and benefits
• follow up with prospects
• qualify prospective renters using approved procedures
• complete move-in and move-out paperwork and inspections
• follow up on lease renewals
• inspect vacant apartments and perform light cleaning as needed
• attend required training and meetings.
