What you'll do

  • Visit facilities to assess clinical operations, identify risks, and provide coaching
  • prepare facilities for annual, complaint, and revisit surveys
  • support facilities during regulatory surveys
  • develop and review Plans of Correction and monitor implementation
  • collaborate on corrective action plans and Performance Improvement Plans
  • analyze quality measures and survey trends
  • mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical leaders
  • review documentation, policies, and practices
  • assist with reportable-event investigations
  • support QAPI initiatives and clinical problem-solving
  • travel throughout the division to provide consultation, education, and support.
