What you'll do

• Own the job-seeker messaging domain and its portfolio-level and message-level performance
• determine message types, timing, volume, and channels
• monitor applications, activation, retention, unsubscribes, complaints, and revenue
• design and evaluate experiments
• partner with engineering, data science, matching, recommendations, and marketplace teams
• protect deliverability, sender reputation, compliance, and opt-in/opt-out systems
• conduct job-seeker research.
