What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule, and coach employees
• deliver customer service and follow up on customer requests
• oversee vehicle inspections, repair orders, parts sourcing, estimates, and service specials
• lead and train the team
• oversee sales, accounting, and clerical functions
• oversee technician inspections, diagnosis, and repairs
• maintain inventory and address inventory losses
• maintain facility cleanliness, organization, safety, and environmental compliance
• manage payroll, hours, and scheduling
• submit daily sales reports to corporate.
