The role also supports openings, special projects, leader development, and operational initiatives.

What you'll do

• Deploy to portfolio locations to provide senior leadership coverage and stabilize operations
• lead front-of-house, micro-kitchen, and full-service hospitality environments as directed
• evaluate service standards, dining room operations, guest feedback, and queue management
• support micro-kitchen quality, stocking, equipment uptime, and cleanliness
• audit sites and develop improvement plans
• support catering, events, and new openings
• coach site leaders
• support budgets, reporting, procurement, food safety, sanitation, and program KPIs.
