Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and assist maintenance staff with preventive and breakdown maintenance
• schedule, supervise, and inspect staff and vendor work for specification and safety compliance
• ensure maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools are available
• train new employees in operating procedures and standards
• counsel employees on work-related issues and skill deficiencies
• monitor work levels and review performance.

Why this role

Requires electrical and mechanical knowledge and 1–2 years of related experience; high school diploma or equivalent required. Industrial maintenance program completion and experience with three-phase electricity, motors, cranes, hoists, and forklifts are preferred.
