Support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**. + Support ARNG unit commanders and staff, from battalion to division level, by providing doctrinal workshops, over-the-shoulder training, and coaching during individual and collective event support at unit-designated training sites. + Responsible for collective training
