The Product Program Assistant role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Pay is $15.65 per hour. Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas serves more than 10,000 Girl Scouts across 21 counties and focuses on leadership development for girls. The assistant provides administrative and logistical support for the council’s seasonal Fall Product and Girl Scout Cookie programs. The work helps coordinate materials, payments, product delivery, volunteer support, and program records.

What you'll do

• Enter data in vendor systems and maintain annual program records
• handle department correspondence
• support logistics and materials for volunteer meetings and trainings
• distribute program materials according to policies
• process payments and paperwork
• support product delivery, booth sales, incentives, and cookie warehouse operations
• provide customer service
• maintain volunteer system records
• assist with assigned projects.
