Operations Supervisor — 1st Shift

What you'll do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a production team of approximately 22 employees
• organize daily production to meet quotas and customer requirements
• monitor productivity, workflow, labor utilization, and quality
• adjust operations to address bottlenecks
• train and coach employees on processes, quality, safety, and productivity
• maintain quality-control standards
• coordinate with maintenance on preventive maintenance and equipment reliability
• identify safer and more efficient work methods
• provide visible, hands-on leadership on the production floor.
