What you'll do

• Train, guide, and support Family Support Workers
• monitor service quality, documentation, timeframes, and compliance
• maintain an in-person presence at regional sites and in the field
• develop and adjust schedules
• coordinate coverage for visitation, transportation, and documentation
• collaborate with child and family team members and community partners
• oversee support tasks
• participate in continuous quality improvement
• provide after-hours backup and crisis response support.
