What you'll do

• Lead technology transfer into GMP manufacturing
• author transfer protocols
• develop process descriptions, manufacturing instructions, calculations, and scale-up strategies
• identify and mitigate scale-up risks
• review bills of materials
• support batch record development and manufacturing execution
• provide on-floor campaign support
• lead investigations and CAPAs
• support change controls, validation, characterization, comparability, and continuous improvement
• mentor junior staff.

Why this role

Requires a BS, MS, or PhD in a related scientific or engineering discipline and at least 10 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, including five years in MSAT. Expertise includes upstream and downstream processes, with downstream experience preferred.
