What you'll do
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct restorative care services and programs
- coordinate restorative care planning with administration, medical and nursing staff, therapy, and related departments
- develop and maintain care standards
- assist the Quality Assessment and Assurance Committee with corrective action plans
- direct restorative care services
- complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting
- assist with recruitment and selection of restorative care personnel
- provide direct nursing care as needed
- maintain informative care notes
- participate in in-service education, training, and orientation.
