What you'll do

• Support residents’ daily living activities, goals, budgeting, community participation, and independent living skills
• coordinate medical appointments and oversee medication administration
• encourage social and recreational engagement, coping skills, and natural supports
• complete documentation and follow agency and HIPAA standards
• help maintain a safe, clean residential setting.
