What you'll do

• Conduct laboratory and field testing
• operate and evaluate off-road vehicles
• build, disassemble, instrument, and inspect engines, continuously variable transmissions, transmissions, and vehicles
• set up data acquisition systems
• collect and analyze test data
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• maintain testing procedures and a clean work area.
