The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Part-Time, Weekday Afternoons role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $17–$25 per hour. The LEEAP Center provides interdisciplinary therapy and family support for children. The technician delivers individualized one-to-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children build communication, social, play, behavior-regulation, and adaptive living skills while documenting progress and coordinating with families and the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy to children using individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• implement behavior-support strategies
• support communication, social, play, behavior-regulation, and adaptive-living skills
• collect and document session data
• communicate with supervisors, families, and team members
• maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• follow clinical and ethical guidelines.
