Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Hybrid)

The supervisor oversees the accurate and timely application of customer receipts, resolves payment discrepancies, and coordinates with Collections as needed. The role also develops the team and improves processes and internal controls supporting the finance department.

• Coordinate and monitor Cash Application team activities
• ensure timely processing of customer receipts and resolution of payment discrepancies
• perform month-end duties and account reconciliations
• supervise, mentor, and train Cash Application Specialists
• participate in hiring and career development
• recommend and implement processes and internal controls
• support department goals and improvements.
