What you'll do

• Provide personal care, medication administration, lab draws, and nursing assessments

• coordinate care plans, admissions, discharges, and appointments
• support staffing and scheduling
• communicate with families and care partners
• conduct assigned training and meetings
• and follow nursing, infection-control, and organizational requirements. The posting includes after-hours and scheduled weekend call responsibilities.
