What you'll do

• Direct project completion and financial outcomes
• manage contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, financial projections, and schedules
• negotiate subcontract scopes and buy-outs
• coordinate preconstruction and budgeting
• prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts
• work with project teams and clients
• promote Fulcrum to existing and prospective customers.
