Assembly Production Lead — First Shift

The Assembly Production Lead — First Shift role is onsite in Panama City, FL, Monday–Thursday, 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Pay is $25–$27 per hour. Mandatory overtime, including Friday and Saturday shifts, is currently required due to production demand. Central Moloney manufactures distribution transformers and transformer components. The lead guides assembly technicians through daily production goals, helping maintain quality, safety, and efficiency while keeping the production line moving and supporting on-time customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily assembly operations
• monitor output against work orders, blueprints, and specifications
• train and onboard technicians
• coach team members and provide feedback
• report bottlenecks, equipment issues, and quality concerns
• enforce safety and PPE requirements
• maintain production records
• and support workflow planning, line balancing, and staffing adjustments.
