What you'll do

• Maintain an active presence in the therapeutic milieu and provide support, role modeling, coaching, supervision, and guidance
• fill in for shifts as needed to maintain staff ratios
• support coworkers in residential care
• enforce milieu rules and policies
• oversee use of crisis de-escalation and physical restraint interventions in accordance with agency policy
• maintain cleanliness and safety
• follow emergency and crisis procedures and agency policies.
