The Part-Time Professional Caregiver — Home Health Aide (HHA, STNA, CNA) role is onsite in Freeport, OH, and surrounding areas in Harrison County or adjacent counties within the travel radius. Pay is $15–$19 per hour, depending on credentials and other factors. Home Care Network is a nurse-owned, locally led home health agency focused on client care and well-being. The caregiver provides personal care and support in clients’ homes under a plan of care, helping maintain comfort, safety, and independence. The initial assignment is approximately eight hours per week on weekdays with morning availability; additional hours may be offered if cases are available but are not guaranteed or required.

What you'll do

• Provide direct care according to the established plan of care
• measure and record vital signs and specified metrics
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• perform health-related household tasks such as meal preparation, feeding, laundry, and light housekeeping
• assist patients with taking medications under Registered Nurse direction without administering them
• report changes in condition
• assist with therapy exercises under supervision
• document care and communicate with the agency.

Why this role

Requires active CNA or STNA certification plus at least one year of paid experience, or at least two years of paid home health experience for an HHA or PCA without certification. Weekday morning availability and travel to the client are required. Additional shifts are optional and not guaranteed.
