The role coordinates with hospitalists and specialists and contributes to quality improvement while delivering evidence-based care in a team-oriented setting.

What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• perform emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill patients
• manage trauma and other emergent conditions
• coordinate care with hospitalists, specialists, and consultants
• interpret laboratory results, imaging, and EKGs
• document care in the EMR
• participate in quality improvement and departmental activities.
