What you'll do

• Support store goals for guest service, sales, loss prevention, and merchandising
• coach associates on guest interactions
• serve as Manager on Duty when managers are not present
• help develop and motivate the team
• address guest concerns
• support sales and inventory shortage goals
• implement merchandise presentation, restocking, and recovery
• complete opening and closing tasks as directed
• follow loss prevention practices
• assist with inventory preparation, store walk-throughs, and merchandising displays
• maintain a clean and presentable store.
