The Possibilities Service Provider role is onsite in Marinette, WI. Compensation is not specified. The position supports clients attending Goodwill’s Possibilities Program and/or Work Center. The role provides individualized or group support, supervision, training, and personal care so clients can learn at their own pace in a positive and safe environment. It also supports community integration and the implementation of program curricula.

What you'll do

• Assist individuals with health and wellness, functional social skills, leisure and recreation, job exploration, and community access
• document hours and services daily
• implement new and existing curricula
• provide transportation as requested
• maintain confidentiality and recipient rights
• follow safety procedures
• maintain a clean work area
• develop community relationships and awareness of activities that support integration.
