• Prepare and manage the annual budget and full P&L
• analyze financial results and initiate corrective actions
• recommend and implement operational and sales process improvements
• assist with employee and job scheduling
• provide technical and mechanical troubleshooting support
• audit completion of daily tasks
• use financial reports and metrics to manage operations
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees
• lead meetings and set performance expectations.
