The Industrial Assembly & Shipping Assistant (Night Shift) works onsite in Canton, OH, Monday through Thursday from 8 PM to 6 AM. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. B-TEK Scales manufactures high-capacity truck, rail, floor, and bench scales. The role assists with assembling and loading large scales so orders are accurately prepared and shipped. It supports production and shipping by following work orders, handling components safely, and completing packaging and documentation tasks.

What you'll do

• Review schematics and orders to confirm equipment, materials, and picked parts
• operate overhead cranes to assist with loading
• assemble scale components to bridges as required by work orders
• verify, log, and load parts and assemblies
• band, wrap, and package orders
• follow safety protocols and clean the workspace.
