What you'll do

• Research user needs and behaviors
• develop personas and user journeys
• design products and services
• create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• conduct usability testing and iterate on designs. Coordinate with IC staff, developers, and contractors to clarify requirements. Document research and design findings, present recommendations, and provide updates to IC leadership.

Why this role
