What you'll do

• Support identity data flows between SailPoint, Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS, and downstream systems
• troubleshoot directory synchronization issues and access discrepancies
• maintain directory structures
• monitor SailPoint health, job schedules, queue performance, and connector throughput
• maintain dashboards and identity lifecycle metrics
• configure and support provisioning workflows, approval chains, and joiner-mover-leaver events
• support testing of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and REST integrations without engineering or custom development.
