What you'll do

• Perform routine and emergency facility maintenance and repairs
• troubleshoot and make basic HVAC and plumbing repairs
• assist with preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
• complete carpentry and general handyman work
• respond to work orders
• inspect rooms and common, mechanical, and exterior areas
• assist with painting and drywall repairs
• report emergency-system deficiencies
• follow OSHA, fire safety, infection-control, and life-safety procedures
• participate in weekend coverage rotation.
