What you'll do

• Coordinate and produce RFQ, RFP, SOQ, presentation, and award-submission materials
• track schedules, gather content, review requirements, coordinate assignments, edit, format, and deliver submissions
• maintain CRM and marketing databases
• update content libraries and visual assets
• support internal and external communications, social media, and website updates
• assist with client events, trade shows, conferences, and community engagement
• provide administrative and project support to the Marketing Department.
