What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for facilities and building issues
• inspect grounds and perform maintenance
• remove trash and debris
• assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs and contractor supervision
• install or dismantle equipment and furniture
• coordinate moves
• set up and break down tables and chairs
• perform groundskeeping and gardening.
