What you'll do

• Perform carpentry, electrical, basic plumbing, and appliance and fixture installation
• follow written work orders or supervisor instructions
• paint interior and exterior walls and trim
• repair parking lots and sidewalks
• operate pressure-washing equipment
• maintain and repair plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• install light fixtures and outlets
• repair wood building components
• replace worn parts in machines and equipment
• assist with moving furniture and storing supplies.
