Construction Manager — Remote, Field-Based

The role helps deliver store buildouts on schedule and within budget while maintaining safety, code compliance, and brand standards.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project planning with franchise owners, operators, architects, engineers, and other parties
• use project management tools to align stakeholders
• schedule projects and manage budgets
• address delays and site issues
• oversee construction and maintenance activities
• ensure jobsite safety and code compliance
• develop store buildout standards
• support franchise owners with budgets, contractor selection, contracts, and brand standards.
