What you'll do

• Phone-screen patients or caregivers
• document patient information and contact status in databases
• schedule and reschedule screening appointments
• manage incoming calls
• evaluate potential participant eligibility through interviews, medical-record reviews, or discussions with clinic staff
• maintain knowledge of study criteria
• update sponsor patient portals as needed.
