What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda
• draft and respond to written discovery and dispositive motions
• conduct legal research
• prepare and take party and expert depositions
• review client documents and draft case evaluations and status reports
• assist with mediations and court appearances
• interact with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues, and staff.
