What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• handle guest complaints
• check guests in and out using the hotel computer system
• explain hotel amenities
• maintain knowledge of facilities and departments
• respond to guest requests or direct them to the right resource
• and perform clerical duties such as balancing charges, verifying credit, preparing arrivals, processing VIPs, and blocking special requests.
