What you'll do

• Lead or support estimating processes and teams
• review estimate quality and accuracy
• structure estimates using company and client requirements
• perform quantity take-offs and assign items to databases
• identify assumptions, risks, and contingencies
• review vendor pricing and subcontractor proposals
• develop mechanical and piping estimates from available documents
• coordinate trade scopes
• participate in constructability and cost-saving reviews
• estimate labor, equipment, and indirect costs
• support proposal schedules and project cash-flow analysis.
