Wellness Coach

What you'll do

• Monitor and instruct members on exercise equipment
• conduct wellness evaluations and recommend programs for new members
• communicate and enforce equipment-area policies
• maintain equipment and fitness-room cleanliness
• review members’ fitness goals
• document incidents and daily use statistics
• assist with health promotions and YMCA programs
• attend required training and meetings
• maintain current certifications.

Why this role
